1. Increase the character limit for Job Title to 250 Characters
The existing system currently allows entering job titles with up to 50 characters. The purpose of this is to accommodate job titles that exceed the 50-character limit, providing flexibility for longer job titles.

1.2 Enhanced System
The enhanced system has the following new feature:
- Users are permitted to enter job titles with a maximum length of 250 characters.
Note: This enhancement impacts Import, Feed, Picklist, BI, and Reports.
2. Asset Selection and Setup Performance Improvement
In the existing system, there is an Asset Picklist with a Hierarchy Tree allowing users to filter the Asset Hierarchy Tree using Asset Type, Department, and Asset Name. Additionally, users can find child records by expanding the parent tree node. The purpose of these features is to improve the usability of asset selection and performance, provide more filter options for asset search and selection, and enhance the overall performance of asset management screens.

2.2 Enhanced System
The enhanced system has the following new features:
- Asset Picklist using List screen.
- Filter option with Asset Type, Parent Asset Name, Asset Description free text.
- List filter with column-wise free text search.
- Asset Tree with lazy loading.
- Asset List with lazy loading.
- Disable parent asset selection in the details screen, parent asset selection using the asset tree.

Note: Due to lazy loading implementation, the tree will not be refreshed immediately after the data creation. There will be an auto tree refreshing feature in HotFix or v23.4.
3. Widget Filter Label Standardisation Allowing Future Date Selection
In the current system, there is inconsistency in the wording used for labels in widgets across modules, and users cannot select a future date using the date range filter option. The purpose of this enhancement is to standardise label wording in widgets, aiming to eliminate inconsistency and enhance the overall user experience.

3.2 Enhanced System
The enhanced system has the following new features:
- Standardise the wording in labels used for widgets across all the modules.
- Wording change from "Period", "Filter", or "Time" to "Date".
- Wording change from "Current Calendar Year" and "Current Fiscal Year" to "Calendar Year" and "Fiscal Year".
- Wording change from Sort By "Asc" and "Desc" to "Ascending" and "Descending".
- Wording change from all capital letters words to first capital then small letters.
- Wording change from "This Month" and "This Week" to "Current Month" and "Current Week".
- Wording change from "Filter" to "View".
- Allow to select a future date using the date range filter option for the following widgets.

In the existing system, there is currently no support for Indian languages. The purpose of this enhancement is to incorporate Indian language support into the application.
