Setup access is required.

Before a Document is released, approved, and published, it will contain a watermark to designate that it's an uncontrolled copy. This article shows you where you can configure the text that appears as a watermark on such copies.

1. Changing watermark text

To change the watermark:

1. Open Setup.
2. Go to Module Setup.
3. Choose Foundation.
4. Select Configurations.
5. Click Document Watermark Text.
6. Fill out required fields.
7. Click Save.
