Notifications can be sent to users when particular actions are performed, including:

• Finding created
• Finding changed
• Action item created
• Action item changed
• Audit program status

Important Note: This article outlines the steps needed to add and remove auditors to an existing Audit program. If you are assigning auditors and team members whilst creating a brand new Audit Program please visit How to Create an Audit Program.

1. Types of Notifications

There are two types of notifications:

• Immediate Notifications: As soon as the action is performed a notification is sent.
• Daily Notifications: A single notification is sent as a daily digest of the events that have taken place.

2. How to Create a New Notification

1. Click Modules, and then Audit Management.
2. Click Manage Audits.
3. Search for and open the audit you need to update.
4. Expand Audit Setup.
5. Click Notifications.
6. Click New.

7. Enter a Name for the Notification Set. 
8. Select Status of Triggering Events. 
9. Select users to receive Immediate Notifications.
10. Select users to receive Daily Notifications. 
11. Click on Save button.
12. Click OK.
13. Click Close. 
14. Click Save.

3. How to Change Notification Details

1. Click Modules, and then Audit Management.
2. Click Manage Audits.
3. Search for and open the audit you need to update.
4. Expand Audit Setup.
5. Click Notifications.
6. Click on the name of the notification you want to edit.

7. Make the necessary changes.
8. Click Save.

4. How to Delete a Notification

1. Click Modules, and then Audit Management.
2. Click Manage Audits.
3. Search for and open the audit you need to update.
4. Expand Audit Setup.
5. Click Notifications.
6. Select the notification you need to delete.

7. Click Delete.
8. When prompted click OK.
