How to Upload or Delete Attachments on an Audit Program
Who is this article for?Ideagen EHS users creating an audit program.
Audit creation access is required.
Users have the ability to View, Add and Delete attachments to an audit program. In addition, for existing attachments users can edit the document details or overwrite an existing document.

1. How to Upload an Attachment
- Click Modules, and then Audit Management.
- Click Manage Audits.
- Search for and open the audit you need to update.
- Expand Audit Setup.
- Click Attachments.
- Click New.
- Select the file.
- Click Open.
- Click Attach File.
- Enter a Title and Description.
- Click Save.
Important Note: This is the last step in setting up your Audit Program. When you are ready to begin the Audit click Perform Audit.
2. How to Replace an Attachment (or Update Details)
- Click Modules, and then Audit Management.
- Click Manage Audits.
- Search for and open the audit you need to update.
- Expand Audit Setup.
- Click Attachments.
- Click on the name of the attachment you need to update.
- Select the type of change you need to perform:

- Edit document details: The title, description, etc can be changed but the attachment will remain the same.
- Overwrite the existing document: The attachment will be replaced.

- Enter the reason for the change (i.e. why you need to change it).
- Click Next.
- Make the change.
- Click Save.
3. How to Delete an Attachment
- Click Modules, and then Audit Management.
- Click Manage Audits.
- Search for and open the audit you need to update.
- Expand Audit Setup.
- Click Attachments.
- Select the attachment you need to delete.
- Click Delete.
- Click OK.
