How to Configure Audit Program Security
Who is this article for?Ideagen EHS users creating an audit program.
Audit creation access is required.
Changing the security of the Audit Program to Program Security will allow you to specify a number of people in a variety of roles.
Each role will receive access relevant to the role they have been assigned regardless of the permissions they have been assigned.
Example: If user, John Smith, has permissions to perform audits but his name is not selected in the audit program security pick list, then he will not be able to perform audit for that particular audit, despite having the Perform Audit permission.
