How to Change an Audit Recurrence Pattern

A recurring audit is a type of audit that is performed repeatedly over a specified period of time to assess the ongoing effectiveness and efficiency of an organization's operations, systems, processes, and controls.
Recurring audits are performed regularly, typically on an annual or semi-annual basis, to ensure that an organization's operations continue to meet the established standards and requirements.
Once created you may need to change the recurring pattern of the audit series. This article outlines:

1. How to Change the Pattern
- Click Modules, and then Audit Management.
- Click Manage Audits.
- Search for and open the audit you need to update.
- Expand Audit Setup.
- Click on Program Details.
- Locate the recurrence pattern section.
- Change any details you need.
- Click Save.
Important Note: If an audit has already started (i.e. if any finding or question has been answered), then that particular event will not be updated. Only future occurrences which have not started will be updated.
2. How to Remove Recurrence
- Click Modules, and then Audit Management.
- Click Manage Audits.
- Search for and open the audit you need to update.
- Expand Audit Setup.
- Click on Program Details.
- Locate the recurrence pattern section.
- Set Recurring Audit to No.
- Click Save.
