Questionnaire completion access is required.

Questionnaires and their responses can be exported to Excel, allowing auditors to perform informal reviews outside of the system or to even share the output with others (such as management).

This article outlines how to produce the export:

1. Click Modules, and then Audit Management.
2. Click Manage Audits.
3. Search for and open the audit you need to update.
4. Expand Audit Setup.
5. Click Questionnaire.
6. Click on the Export button at the top right hand side.

7. The Excel file will automatically download.
