Ideagen EHS users performing an audit.

Access to create findings is required.

Once the audit finding has been investigated and the associated actions have been completed you are ready to close the finding.

1. How to Close an Audit Finding

1. Click Modules, and then Audit Management.
2. Click Manage Audits.
3. Search for and open the audit you need to raise the action item on.
4. Expand Perform Audit.
5. Click the Findings tab.
6. Click on the name of the Finding you need to close.
7. Browse to the Findings Status Details section.
8. Set Finding Status to Closed.

9. Click Save.

2. How to Delete an Audit Finding

1. Click Modules, and then Audit Management.
2. Click Manage Audits.
3. Search for and open the audit you need to raise the action item on.
4. Expand Perform Audit.
5. Click the Findings tab.
6. Check the Finding you need to delete.

7. Click Delete.
