An audit finding report is a written document that summarizes the results of an audit. The report typically includes a description of the audit scope, objectives, and methodology, as well as a summary of the findings and recommendations for improvement.
This article outlines:
1. How to Generate a Findings Report
- Click Modules, and then Audit Management.
- Click Manage Audits.
- Search for and open the audit you need to raise the action item on.
- Expand Perform Audit.
- Click the Findings tab.
- Click Export.
