An audit program summary is a document that provides an overview of the audit program for a specific area or process within an organization. The purpose of an audit program summary is to outline the objectives and scope of the audit, as well as the procedures and methodologies that will be used to conduct the audit.

The Program Summary outlines counters of questions asked and answered, findings and action items.

1. Click Modules, and then Audit Management.
2. Click Manage Audits.
3. Search for and open the audit you need to raise the action item on.
4. Expand Audit Results.
5. Click the Program Summary tab.
