How to Create a New Audit Filter

Access to manage audits is required.
An audit filter will include a saved view of the audit data. This can be useful if you quickly need to change the view so that you can see different data on your list of audits.
This article outlines how to create a new list view and is split into the following sections:
1. How to Create a New View
- Click Modules, and then Audit Management.
- Click Manage Audits.
- Select the list filter you want to from the drop down list.
- Click Edit.
- Expand View Details.
- Enter a clear and concise name of your view.
- Update the behavior of the view by checking the required boxes.
- Expand Filters.
- Update any date filters required.
- Expand Select Columns.
- Move any columns you need on the list view to the right hand side.
- Click either Save.
Note: Any columns displayed in red text cannot be removed.
