How to Create Audit Questions

Questions are an important part of the audit process, as they help auditors gather information, clarify facts, and understand the inner workings of an organization. The purpose of questions in an audit is to obtain relevant and reliable information that can be used to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with policies and regulations.

1. How to Manually Create a New Question
- Click Modules, and then Audit Management.
- Click Manage Audit Questions.
- Click New.
- Complete all the mandatory fields.
- Click Save.
2. How to Import Questions
- Click Modules, and then Audit Management.
- Click Manage Audit Questions.
- Click Template for Questions Import.
- Download the template file.
- Update the template with the question information and save the file.
- Return to the Audit Question List.
- Click Import Questions.
- Select the file and click Upload.
3. How to Copy a Question
- Click Modules, and then Audit Management.
- Click Manage Audit Questions.
- Select the Question you need to copy.
- Click Copy.
- Click OK to confirm.
- Review and change any details.
- Click Save.
