An audit protocol is a set of guidelines and procedures that outline the specific steps and requirements for conducting an audit.

1. How to Create a New Protocol

1. Click Modules, and then Audit Management.
2. Click Manage Audit Protocols.
3. Select the Protocol Category from the hierarchical list.
4. Click New.
5. Complete all required fields.

6. Click Save.

2. How to Add Question Sections to a Protocol

1. Click Modules, and then Audit Management.
2. Click Manage Audit Protocols.
3. Select the Protocol Category from the hierarchical list.
4. Click on the Protocol you need to add the question section to.
5. Click on the Question Sections tab.

6. Expand the Question Section.
7. Click New.
8. Select the Question category.
9. Select the questions required.

3. How to Add Questions to a Protocol

1. Click Modules, and then Audit Management.
2. Click Manage Audit Protocols.
3. Select the Protocol Category from the hierarchical list.

5. Click on the Question Sections tab.

7. Click Delete.

5. How to Delete a Question

1. Click Modules, and then Audit Management.
2. Click Manage Audit Protocols.
3. Select the Protocol Category from the hierarchical list.
4. Click on the Protocol you need to add the question section to.
5. Click on the Question Sections tab.
6. Expand the question section.
7. Select the unwanted question.
8. Click Delete.
