How to Assign Documents to a Question

Access to questions is required.
Questions can include a document to assist users in answering the question. This could be guidance to help them complete the question or it could be additional details of any standards or regulations.
This article outlines:
1. How to Add a Document
- Click Setup, and then Audit Management.
- Click Manage Audit Questions.
- Click on the question.
- Open the Documents tab.
- Click New.
- Browse for the file.
- Click Attach File.
- Confirm the document details.
- Click Save, then OK.
2. How to Delete a Document
- Click Setup, and then Audit Management.
- Click Manage Audit Questions.
- Click on the question.
- Open the Documents tab.
- Select the document you need to remove.
- Click Delete, and then click OK.
