1. Click Modules, and then Chemical Management.
2. Click Reports.
3. Click Run Report for the type of report you need.

4. Select the locations.
5. Click Next.
6. Enter the chemical details required in the report.

7. Click Go.
8. Select the chemicals to report.
9. Click Next.
10. Select the report format.
11. Click Next.
12. Run the report.
