How to Perform a Management Review
Who is this article for?Ideagen EHS users performing a management review of incident reports.
Incident management review access is required.
Management Review is a system feature which allows managers to review case details and determine whether or not the CAPA completed is sufficient.
This article outlines:
Important Note: Before a Management Review can be conducted action items must be assigned to the Incident record. The management review section will unlock once this phase has been completed.
1. How to Send an Incident for Management Review
Before an incident can be reviewed it must be sent to management.
To do this:
- Click Modules and then Incident Management.
- Click Manage Incident Reports.
- Search for and open the incident you need to send to management.
- Browse to the Management Review section.
- Click Edit.
- Add, edit or remove the reviewers.
- Click Save.
Tip! You can change the order of the review by pressing the Sequence button.
2. How to Perform a Management Review
- Click Modules and then Incident Management.
- Click Management Review.
- Click on a incident to review the incident details.
- Expand the job role responsible for the review.
- Enter comments and update the Management Review Status.
- Click Save.
- Have all other reviewers follow the same steps.
