The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) is responsible for ensuring safe and healthy working conditions for employees and as such requires reporting of injury and illnesses in the workplace.
These work related injuries are reported in the system as incidents and various reports can be generated.

1. What OSHA Reports are Supported?
- OSHA 300: A log of work related injuries and illnesses.
- OSHA 300A: A summary of the information from the OSHA 300 log.
- OSHA 301: A form used to gather more information about the circumstances surrounding an incident, including the identification of contributing factors.
2. How to Run a OSHA 300 Report
OSHA 300 is a log of work-related injuries and illnesses that occurred in the workplace. Employers are required to keep this log, as well as a summary of the injuries and illnesses, in order to comply with OSHA regulations.
- Click Modules and then Incident Management.
- Click OSHA 300 / Sharps Injury List.
- Click Edit.
- Enter the required date range.
- Click Go.
- Click Print/Run OSHA 300 Report to generate and download the PDF report.
3. How to Run a OSHA 300A Report
OSHA 300A is a summary of work-related injuries and illnesses that employers are required to post in the workplace every year. It is based on the information recorded in the OSHA 300 log, which is a detailed record of all work-related injuries and illnesses.
The purpose of the OSHA 300A summary is to make employees aware of the types of injuries and illnesses that occur in the workplace and to encourage employers to take steps to prevent them from happening in the future.
- Click Modules and then Incident Management.
- Click OSHA 300A.
- Complete the required fields.
- Click the required option:
