How to Review Incident Metrics

Incident metrics access is required.
The Incident Metrics section provides a count of the number of incidents of all types based on different criteria.
It is a snapshot of the total number of incidents occurred and there various types as well as personnel count, hours worked and number of Near misses, reportable incidents on a monthly basis.

1. What Metrics Are Available?
The following five tabs are available within the Report Metrics screen:
- Report Metrics
- Injury/Illness Incident Metrics
- Injury/Illness Incident – Country Metrics
- Vehicle Incident Metrics Summary
- General Liability Incident Metrics Summary
Tip! In addition to the tabs for each of the metric types you can also create a view using the Edit button.
2. How to Enter Data into Report Metrics
- Click Modules and then Incident Management.
- Click Metrics.
- Click on the month to enter the metrics.
- Enter all metrics.
- Click Save.
- Click Close to return to the metric list and notice the values have updated.
- Repeat the process for all other metrics.
3. How to Import Metrics
- Click Modules and then Incident Management.
- Click Metrics.
- Click on the Import button.
- Click Download Import Template.
- Open the Excel file.
- Update the spreadsheet with the required metrics.
- Return to the system and click Browse.
- Select your spreadsheet.
- Click Import from File.
4. How to Export Metrics
- Click Modules and then Incident Management.
- Click Metrics.
- Click on the Export button to begin the download.
