How to Create an Action Item on an Ergonomic Assessment

Ergonomic assessment creation access is required.
During the ergonomic assessment you may identify actions that are needed to correct or prevent strain or injury. These are submitted as action items which can be managed and closed off independently of the assessment.
This article outlines how to create action items and is split into the following sections:
1. How to Raise an Action Item
- Click Modules and then Ergonomics.
- Click Manage Assessments.
- Click on the link to open the assessment.
- Review the details and location information and make any changes that are needed.
- Browse to the Action Items section.
- Click New.
- Complete the required fields.
- Click Save.
