How to Update the Scope of a Permit
Who is this article for?Ideagen EHS users managing permit records.
Permit scope access is required.
The Scope section includes details on areas of the business or processes that the permit applies to.
This article provides the steps required to update the Scope section and is split into the following sections:
1. How to Add a Scope Item
- Click Modules and then Licenses & Permits.
- Click Manage Permits.
- Click in the name of the permit you need to update.
- Click on the Scope tab.
- Click Picklist.
- Select the required scope items.
- Click Select.
- Click Save.
2. How to Remove a Scope Item
- Click Modules and then Licenses & Permits.
- Click Manage Permits.
- Click in the name of the permit you need to update.
- Click on the Scope tab.
- Click Picklist.
- Uncheck the scope items you would like to remove.
- Click Select.
- Click Save.
