How to Configure Notifications on a Permit
Who is this article for?Ideagen EHS users managing permit records.
Permit Notification access is required.
Once a permit has been created you can add additional details to the record. Notifications can be setup in the system to alert users on changes to the permit (e.g. notifications when the permit expires).
This article outlines:
1. How to Add a Notification
- Click Modules and then Licenses & Permits.
- Click Manage Permits.
- Click in the name of the permit you need to update.
- Click on the Notification tab.
- Click New.
- Enter the required information.
- Click Save.
2. How to Delete a Notification
- Click Modules and then Licenses & Permits.
- Click Manage Permits.
- Click in the name of the permit you need to update.
- Click on the Notification tab.
- Click Delete.
- Click OK.
- Repeat the process for all unwanted notifications.
