Access will be required follow these steps.
Business Process – Allows administrators to enter the Business Processes available for selection in the Document Details section. The Business Process selection will drive the Document Levels available for selection.

1. Business Process
- Click on the Setup Icon
- Click on the Module Setup Menu Item.
- Click on the Document Management Menu Item.
- Select the Business Process menu item in Setup.
- Click on the Export to Excel Icon.
- Open the downloaded Excel to view the Business Process.
2. Adding a New Business Process
- Click on the Setup Icon
- Click on the Module Setup Menu Item.
- Click on the Document Management Menu Item.
- Select the Business Process menu item in Setup.
- Click on the Add button.
- Complete the Details in the Business Process screen and click on the Save Button.
3. Deleting Existing Business Processes
- Click on the Setup Icon
- Click on the Module Setup Menu Item.
- Click on the Document Management Menu Item.
- Select the Business Process menu item in Setup.
- Select the Business Process from the Business Process List.
- Click on the Delete Button.
- After clicking on Delete Button, a Pop-up window will show a message You are about to delete a record(s). Continue?. Click on the OK Button
4. Edit/Modify an Existing Business Process
- Click on the Setup Icon
- Click on the Module Setup Menu Item.
- Click on the Document Management Menu Item.
- Select the Business Process menu item in Setup.
- Select the Business Process from the Business Process List.
- Edit the details in Business Process screen and click on the Save Button.
5. Exporting Business Process List to Excel
- Click on the Setup Icon
- Click on the Module Setup Menu Item.
- Click on the Document Management Menu Item.
- Select the Business Process menu item in Setup.
- Select the Business Process from the Business Process List.
- Click on the Export to Excel Icon.
- Open the downloaded Excel to view the Business Process.
