Accessing Document Priority Types List
Who is this article for?Ideagen EHS Users managing the document priority types.
Access to the administrative permissionswill be required follow these steps.
Document Priority Types – Allows administrators to enter the available selections for priority in the change request form when submitting a document change request.

1. Accessing Document Priority Types
- Click on the Setup Icon.
- Click on the Module Setup Menu Item.
- Click on the Document Management Menu Item.
- Select the Document Priority Types List menu item in Setup.
2. Adding Document Priority Type
- Click on the Setup Icon.
- Click on the Module Setup Menu Item.
- Click on the Document Management Menu Item.
- Select the Document Priority Types List menu item in Setup.
- Click on the Add Button.
- Complete the Details in the Document Priority Types screen and click on the Save Button.
3. Deleting Existing Document Priority Type.
- Click on the Setup Icon.
- Click on the Module Setup Menu Item.
- Click on the Document Management Menu Item.
- Select the Document Priority Types List menu item in Setup.
- Select the Document from the Document Priority Type List, by clicking the Document Priority Type.
- Click on the Delete Button.
- After clicking on Delete Button, a Pop-up window will show a message You are about to delete a record(s). Continue? Click on the OK Button.
4. Edit/Modify Existing Document Priority Type
- Click on the Setup Icon.
- Click on the Module Setup Menu Item.
- Click on the Document Management Menu Item.
- Select the Document Priority Types List menu item in Setup.
- Edit the details in the Document Priority Types screen and click on the Save Button.
5. Exporting Document Priority Type List to Excel
- Click on the Setup Icon.
- Click on the Module Setup Menu Item.
- Click on the Document Management Menu Item.
- Select the Document Priority Types List menu item in Setup.
- Click on the Export to Excel Icon.
- Open the downloaded Excel to view the Document Priority Types.
