Managing the Notification Setup in Location Setup

Access to location administrationwill be required follow these steps.
The Document Management module sends email notifications for events that occur within the Document Management workflows for a location. Notification Setup – Allows administrators to configure notifications for:
- Adding New Notification Set
- Deleting Existing Notification Set
- Edit/Modify Existing Notification Set
- Exporting Notification Set List to Excel

1. Adding New Notification Set.
- Click on the Setup Icon.
- Click Location Setup.
- Click on the Module Setup Menu Item.
- Click on the Document Management Menu Item.
- Select the Notification Setup menu item in Setup.
- Click on the button.
- Complete the required fields in the Notification Details screen and click on the Save Button.
2. Deleting Notification Set
- Click on the Setup Icon.
- Click Location Setup.
- Click on the Module Setup Menu Item.
- Click on the Document Management Menu Item.
- Select the Notification Setup menu item in Setup.
- Select the Notification Set from the Notification Set List, by clicking the checkbox.
- Click on the Delete button.
- After clicking on Delete Button, a Pop-up window will show a message You are about to delete a record(s). Continue?. Click on the OK Button.
3. Edit/Modify the Existing Notification Set
- Click on the Setup Icon.
- Click Location Setup.
- Click on the Module Setup Menu Item.
- Click on the Document Management Menu Item.
- Select the Notification Setup menu item in Setup.
- Select the Notification Set from the Notification Set List.
- To Edit/Modify an existing Notification Set. Select the Notification from the List.
- Edit the details in the Notification Details screen and click on the Save Button.
4. Exporting Notification Set
- Click on the Setup Icon.
- Click Location Setup.
- Click on the Module Setup Menu Item.
- Click on the Document Management Menu Item.
- Select the Notification Setup menu item in Setup.
- Select the Notification Set from the Notification Set List.
- Click on the Export to Excel Icon.
- Open the downloaded Excel to view the Notification Setlist.
