How to Create an Action Item on an Event

Event Management access is required.
An action item is a specific task or action that is identified as a result of an event and is required to be addressed or resolved by the organization.
The purpose of action items is to improve the effectiveness of an organization's operations, controls, and compliance with laws and regulations.
This article outlines the steps required to create and delete action items and is split into the following sections:
1. How to Create an Event Action Item
- Click Modules and then Event Management.
- Click Manage Events.
- Select the event you need to create an action item for.
- Browse to the Action Items section.
- Click New.
- Enter the required information.
- Click Save.
2. How to Delete an Action Item on an Event
- Click Modules and then Event Management.
- Click Manage Events.
- Select the event you need to delete the action item from.
- Browse to the Action Items section.
- Select the finding you need to delete.
- Click Delete.
- Click OK to confirm.
