How to Create a Notice of Violation on an Event

A notice of violation is a formal notification issued by a regulatory agency or authority that identifies a violation of a regulation or requirement.
A notice of violation typically includes a description of the violation, the regulation or requirement that was violated, and the corrective actions that are required to address the violation. Depending on the severity of the violation, a notice of violation may also include fines or other penalties.

1. How to Create a Notice of Violation
- Click Modules and then Event Management.
- Click Manage Events.
- Select the event you need to create a notice of violation for.
- Browse to the Notice of Violation section.
- Click New.
- Enter the required information.
Is this a repeat violation? Selecting the Repeat Violation box will allow you to identify the details of previous violations.
- Click Save.
2. How to Delete a Notice of Violation on an Event
- Click Modules and then Event Management.
- Click Manage Events.
- Select the event you need to delete a notice of violation from.
- Browse to the Action Items section.
- Select the notice you need to delete.
- Click Delete.
- Click OK to confirm.
