Event Management access is required.

The History/Communications Log provides a space to store all communications related to the event.

This article provides the steps required to update the Communications Log section and is split into the following sections:

1. How to Add a New Communication

1. Click Modules and then Event Management.
2. Click Manage Events.
3. Click in the name of the event you need to update.
4. Click on the History/Communications Log tab.

5. Click   New.
6. Enter the required details

7. Click Save.

2. How to Delete a Communication

1. Click Modules and then Event Management.
2. Click Manage Events.
3. Click in the name of the event you need to update.
4. Click on the History/Communications Log tab.

5. Click   Delete.
6. Click OK to continue.
