A wellness check refers to a process of assessing the health and well-being of employees in a workplace or community.

A wellness check may include a range of activities, such as health screenings, surveys or questionnaires, physical fitness assessments, mental health assessments, and other types of evaluations. The goal of a wellness check is to identify potential health risks or concerns and provide employees with resources and support to address those issues.

This article outlines how to report a new wellness check being performed and is split into the following sections:

1. How to Report a Wellness Check

1. Click Modules and then Wellness Check.
2. Click the Report New Wellness Check.

3. Complete all required fields.
4. Click Save.

Important Note: The fields on the wellness check will change based on the information you submit. For example, if a health concern is raised then additional fields will be displayed to capture details of the health concern and also any actions taken.
