A wellness check may include a range of activities, such as health screenings, surveys or questionnaires, physical fitness assessments, mental health assessments, and other types of evaluations. The goal of a wellness check is to identify potential health risks or concerns and provide employees with resources and support to address those issues.

Some of these tasks may take some time to complete so you will need to update the record as they are performed.

1. Click Modules and then Wellness Check.
2. Click the Manage Wellness Check.
3. Click on the wellness check record you want to manage.

4. Update any fields required.
5. Click Save.
