1. Click Modules and then Industrial Hygiene.
2. Click Manage Samples.
3. Open the sample.

4. Expand the "Sample Result" section.
5. Click on the name of the substance.
6. Update the Sample Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) Information.

7. Click Save.
