Clinic notes allow any relevant information associated by a specialist review to be documented on the appointment.

1. How to Add Clinic Notes to an Appointment

1. Click Modules and then Employee Health Management.
2. Click Appointment Central.
3. Browse to the "Appointments" section.

4. Click on the appointment.
5. Click on Clinic Notes, and then click   Add.

6. Complete the required fields.
7. Click Save.
