Clinic notes allow any relevant information associated by a specialist review to be documented on the appointment.
This article outlines how to add notes to an appointment and is split into the following sections:
1. How to Add Clinic Notes to an Appointment
- Click Modules and then Employee Health Management.
- Click Appointment Central.
- Browse to the "Appointments" section.
- Click on the appointment.
- Click on Clinic Notes, and then click Add.
- Complete the required fields.
- Click Save.
