How to View Employee Medical Profile

Employee health access is required.
An investigation contains additional details relating to managing an employee's health and wellbeing.
This article outlines how to view the medical profile details of an employee and is split into the following sections:
1. What Data Is Displayed?
The table below outlines the data available in the medical profile:
Type | Description |
---|---|
Appointments | Any appointments that the employee has been scheduled to attend. |
Case Type | The cases involving the employee. |
Clinic Notes | Any information noted during clinic visits. |
SOAP Notes | Subjective, Objective, Assessment, and Plan notes. |
Leaves | Details on absences. |
Restrictions | Details on any restrictions placed on the employee. |
Action Items | Any actions assigned to cases. |
Attachments | Supporting evidence attached to records. |
Incidents | Any incidents relating to the employee health and wellbeing. |
2. How to View Employee Medical Profile
- Click Modules and then Employee Health Management.
- Click Employee Medical Profile.
- Enter the name of the employee.
- Click on the appointment.
- Open the Investigation tab.
- Complete the required fields.
- Click Save.
