Performance Management access is required.

As KPIs can cover a variety of units of measurement and methods of measurement it is possible to include comments to explain more about the KPI itself.

This article outlines how to add a comment to a KPI.

1. Click Modules and then Performance Management.
2. Click Enter Data.
3. Click   Edit to set your filter criteria.
4. Click on each field to set the required data.
5. Click Go.
6. Browse to the Comments column.
7. Click the link to enter a comment.

8. Enter the comments.
9. Click Save.

2. How to Add Attachments to KPIs

1. Click Modules and then Performance Management.
2. Click Enter Data.
3. Click   Edit to set your filter criteria.
4. Click on each field to set the required data.
5. Click Go.
6. Browse to the Attachments column.
7. Click the   button to enter a comment.

8. Enter the comments.
9. Click Save.
