1. Mapping Departmental Audits to a Work Shift
In the current system, there is no option to map department audits to a work shift, this is crucial for tracking inspections scheduled for specific work shifts. The purpose of this change is to provide the ability to map department audits to work shifts.
1.1 Configuration Details
- Configurable: Yes
- Public/Private: Public
- Default: Hidden
1.2 Enhanced System
The enhanced system has the following new features:
- Introduces a new auto-search with a pick list field in Basic Setup and Advanced Setup screens, adjacent to the Department field.
- Users can select a Work Shift value to map the audit to a work shift, with values sourced from Location Setup > Location Profile > Work Shift lookup.
- The selected Work Shift is displayed in the Perform Audit screen, accessible by clicking the help guide icon, along with Lead Auditor, Audit team, and other relevant information.
- The field is made available as an optional column in the Manage Audit List screen and can be added to a user-defined view as needed.
Note: This impacts the following: Mobile, Reports, Cognos, Outbound API.
