1. Navigating to the Document Task Section from Email View
Users currently navigate to the document details screen from task notifications. The aim of this change is to minimise user's duplicate actions by altering the navigation from the document details screen to action-oriented screens such as Pending Approval, Pending Periodic Review, etc.

1.2 Enhanced System
The upgraded system introduces the following new feature:

2. Changing a Document's Top Folder Name
There is no available option to rename the top folder name of the document, and we are receiving requests from customers who wish to change the document's top folder name. This enhanced system aims to provide users with the option to rename the top folder name of the document. This feature allows customers to customise the parent folder name based on their specific standards and preferences.

2.2 Enhanced System
The upgraded system introduces the following new features:
- Manage top folder name using configuration.
- Make the configuration type public.
- The configuration's default value would be Corporate for the Corporate folder structure and Location for the Location folder structure.
- The customer's System Administrator has the permissions to update custom settings (Configuration) can change the name as per their organisation's standard.
