- Align Supervisor Response with Action Taken Field in Employee Medical Profile
- Implement Field Locking for Linked Equipment Details (Audiometric/Spirometry/ Fit Test Device) in Encounters
1. Align Supervisor Response with Action Taken Field in Employee Medical Profile
In the Employee Work Restriction screen, there is a discrepancy where, after the supervisor provides a response, it does not synchronise with the actions taken field in the Employee Medical Profile under Restrictions. Currently, the Actions Taken field has values such as:
- Accommodate
- Non-Accommodate
- Full Duty
- Pending
These values should align with the values available under Supervisor Response in the Employee Work Restriction screen, including:
- Full Duty (OSHA Recordable)
- Modified Duty (OSHA DART)
- Job Transfer (OSHA DART)
- On Leave (OSHA Lost Time)
The purpose of this new feature is to establish a consistent approach in displaying the Actions Taken field according to the Supervisor response, ensuring coherence and clarity in the recording of employee work restrictions.

2. Implement Field locking for Linked Equipment Details (Audiometric/Spirometry/ Fit Test Device) in Encounters
In the current system, users possess the capability to modify fields under Equipment Details, even when these fields are already linked with specific Encounters. The purpose of this change is to implement a restriction, disallowing users from editing the associated equipment linked with specified encounters, thereby ensuring data integrity and preventing unintended changes.
