1. Cognos Reports for Departmental Audits Based on Mapped Work Shift Data

The goal of this new feature is to enable users to view the mapped Work Shift information specifically for Department Audits within the Cognos platform.

1. To do so, select the Audit Management Package.
2. Then Audit Program Details.
3. Select Program Details, then Audit Program Details.
4. Finally, select Work Shift from the drop down.

2. Aligning Supervisor Response with Actions Taken in Employee Medical Profile

The goal is to enable users to seamlessly view Employee Work Restriction details, ensuring synchronisation with the Actions Taken field in the Employee Medical Profile.

1. To do this, select the Occupational Health Package.
2. Then choose the Employee Work Restriction dropdown.
