This article outlines enhancements for version 23.1, introducing new features and improvements. Users can now filter the Audits list based on the percent completion column, and administrators have the ability to restrict users from removing locations from Corporate Audit without the necessary scope. On the configurable front, end users no longer need to identify Audit Category and Audit Area for questions and findings. Additionally, end users can now create Question Category and Protocol Category on the fly.

1. Adding the ability to filter the Audits list based on the percent completion
In the existing system, there is no inline search on the Audit Progress column, preventing users from filtering Protocol Audits based on completion percentage. The purpose is to introduce an inline search option on the Audit Progress column, enabling Auditors to filter the Audit list based on completion percentage.

1.2 Enhanced Features
- Has inline search option on "Audit Progress" Column.
- Users can filter audit list by providing a numeric input in the search text box.
- Users can also make use of numeric operators like "Equal To", "Greater Than" etc... for precise filter results.
- This inline search will not include Non Protocol Audits.

2. Admin restrictions on users ability to remove locations from Corporate Audit if they do not have scope
In the existing system, users with access to Audit Program details can make changes to selected locations of Corporate Audit, even if they don't have the scope for all selected locations. This can lead to the accidental removal of a location and subsequent data loss. The purpose is to prevent unintentional Audit deletion and safeguard against data loss.

2.2 Enhanced Features
- There a note added below the Select Location control to alert user about data loss if a location is removed.
- Has a validation in Location Pick list, so now location without scope are displayed as Read Only and users cannot remove it from the selected list.
3. Removal of the need to specify Audit Category and Audit Area for questions and findings is preferred from the user's standpoint
In the existing system, there is a lack of flexibility to make the Audit Category and Audit Area fields optional or to completely hide them. Customers not utilizing these fields end up duplicating the Question Category as Audit Category and Area for question configuration. The purpose is to offer flexibility by allowing the option to hide these fields or make them optional.
3.1 Configuration Details
Title: Show Audit Category and Audit Area and Show Audit Category and Audit Area as Mandatory
Public/Private: Private
Default: Visible and Mandatory
3.2 Enhanced System
- Has configurations to hide or make both the fields optional.
- These configurations will be useful for customers who do not make use of these fields.
- Customers can configure questions without having to configure Audit Category and Area.
- These configurations when enabled will reflect in all screens where Audit Category and Audit Area. fields are used including Dashboards, Reports etc..
- Due to dependency with Widgets and list screens where custom setting cannot be applied directly these configurations are kept Private.

4. Enabling the creation of Question Category and Protocol Category on the fly
In the existing system, there is no option to create a question category or a protocol category on the fly when the required category does not exist or categories are not pre-configured in module setup. The purpose is to introduce this option, crucial for enhancing and and expediting the implementation process.
4.1 Configuration Details
Title: Create Question/Protocol category on the fly
Public/Private: Public
Default: Disabled
4.2 Enhanced System
- Has configuration to enable Question Category or Protocol Category creation while creating a question or protocol from the application
- User with Add Questions/Protocols permission for either Corporate Audit or Site Audit would be able to add new category
- This will reduce dependency of Location Administrators on Corporate Administrator to configure a new question category or protocol category
- If a category exists as Inactive with same name then system will automatically activate the category
