This article details changes and configurations for version 23.1. For the product-level change, the update involves setting the default class to Asset Category and hiding other field values. On the configurable front, administrators can now view the activities performed by users. Furthermore, users have the flexibility to create an organization component with only business unit type and without enterprise mapping. 1. Default Class to Asset Category and hide other field values
In the existing system, there is no option to track user activities in the application. The purpose is to address regulatory requirements such as FedRAMP and facilitate audit investigations by logging activities, enabling the system administrator to track actions like record creation, editing, and deletion within the application.
1.1 Configuration Details

1.2 Enhanced System
The enhanced system has the following new features:
- Integrated activity log to modules (Foundation, Task & Calendar, Audits, App Builder, Permits, Document Management, Learning Management, Occ. Health, Performance Management,Wellness Check.)
- Option to view activity logs from system setup
- Filter activity logs as required
- Activity log information availability
- Activity log information
- Activity Log Date - Date of activity performed
- Performed By - Login user
- Location - The record belongs to which location, for corporate setup, this data will be blank
- Module - Module of the record
- Screen Name - Activity performed by screen
- Action - Which action was performed e.g. Created, Updated, Deleted, Exported, etc.
- Activity - Activity description and reference of the recorded
- Platform - Web or Mobile
- Admin can filter the data based on common filters or filters available on the column.
Important Note: By default, the feature will be disabled for all customers, the feature will be enabled only for the customer as per the product license. This is a billable feature.
2. Default Asset Type to Asset Category and hide other field values
In the existing system, there is no default value for the asset type. The purpose is to facilitate the quick creation of classes by introducing a default value. Note that hiding other categories is only applicable to Ideagen Essentials customers.

2.2 Enhanced System
The enhanced system has the following new features:
- Defaulted the asset type value to the asset category
- Hide other asset type values in the Ideagen Essentials baseline
3. Organization component with only business unit type and without enterprise mapping
In the existing system, there is no option to show or hide enterprise mapping for the organization component. The purpose is to provide the capability to hide the organization component and enterprise map feature based on customer requirements.
3.1 Configuration Details

3.2 Enhanced System
The enhanced system has the following new features:
- Configuration to show or hide the Enterprise Map feature
- Customers don't require this mapping and can hide the feature
