In the Audits Management module, two significant new features have been introduced. Users now have the capability to pinpoint the location of findings on a facility layout, enhancing precision in audit reports. Additionally, users can conveniently view Question default Attachments directly within the Questionnaire screen, streamlining the assessment process. In the Learning Management module, several noteworthy enhancements aim to improve user experience.
The introduction of the ability to display Multiple Plans in Session Summary offers a comprehensive overview for efficient training management. Changes in My Training screen permissions provide users with more control and flexibility. Furthermore, the addition of a filter in the View Session feature enhances the accessibility and organization of training sessions.
These updates collectively contribute to a more robust and user-friendly learning management experience.

1. Added the ability for a user to pinpoint finding location on a facility layout
In the existing system the Finding Location field is presently exclusive to the web interface, causing a limitation in accessibility from mobile devices. This enhancement extends the availability of the Finding Location field to the Mobile Pro interface, ensuring users can access and utilize this field seamlessly across both web and mobile platforms. This enhancement enhances the overall accessibility and user experience by unifying functionality between the two interfaces

1.2 Enhanced System
- Finding Location field is available in Mobile Pro as well
- Now users can indicate exact location of the finding on facility layout while creating finding from Mobile Pro
2. Added the ability for a user to see the Question default Attachment in the Questionnaire screen
In the existing system the default attachment for a question is currently only visible on the Questionnaire screen for the last synced program configured using the same protocol, creating inconsistency and limiting visibility for other programs. The purpose is to enhance the system by ensuring that question attachments are visible for all programs, addressing the current limitation. This improvement ensures a more uniform and comprehensive user experience across different programs.

2.2 Enhanced System
- Question default attachment is visible in Questionnaire screen for all programs configured using same protocol
- Users cannot delete default question attachment
3. Filter in View Session
In the existing system The Mobile version of the LMS module lacks a search functionality, making it challenging for end users to efficiently view and filter sessions. Users currently need to individually drill down into each session to determine completion status, resulting in a time-consuming process. This enhancement improves user experience by introducing a filter option in the Mobile LMS module, allowing users to easily search and access specific session details.

- Training due date - date
- Session name - text search

4. Changes in 'My Training' screen permissions
In the existing system My Training screen in the current mobile app depends on View Session permission, requiring additional permissions. The enhancement aims to make the My Training screen independent of View Session permission, simplifying access for users in the mobile application.

- The My Training screen is now dependent only on My Training view permission like web

5. Display Multiple Plans in Session Summary
The existing system restricts session planning to a single plan. The enhancement's purpose is to enable users to select multiple plans for a session, providing greater flexibility in planning according to user requirements.
