In this version's product-level changes, several enhancements have been introduced. Users can now benefit from the added functionality to Lock SOAP Notes in the SOAP Notes section, providing an extra layer of security for sensitive data. Additionally, a modification in the Appointment Calendar timings for healthcare providers aims to optimize scheduling efficiency. The Manage Restrictions section has been improved to ensure accurate capturing of restriction type descriptions in the Email Restriction Summary and Generate Restriction Summary features. Moreover, a specific user-requested change has been implemented, altering the From Email in Occ.Health to meet communication preferences. These updates collectively contribute to a more secure, efficient, and user-friendly experience within the system.

1. Add 'Lock SOAP Notes' in SOAP Notes
In the existing system, users lack the option to lock SOAP Notes. The purpose of this enhancement is to empower users to secure and prevent the editing of the entered details in the notes, ensuring data integrity and privacy.

- Lock SOAP Notes field is now added for SOAP Notes so that the details can be saved and the note becomes uneditable & can be unlocked as required

2. Occ Health - Change in the Appointment Calendar timings for the Healthcare providers
The existing system confines the appointment roster to 9am-4pm, requiring adjustments to the Team Shift roster for scheduling outside this timeframe. The enhancement's purpose is to offer increased flexibility by allowing healthcare providers to schedule appointments at any time, eliminating the need for frequent changes to the Team Shift roster.

2.2 Enhanced System
- Instead of limiting the scheduled time between 9am-5pm, we will now extend the appointment time period to maximum available time in 24 hours which is easier and user friendly

3. Occ Health - Manage Restrictions> Email Restriction Summary/Generate Restriction Summary do not capture the restriction type description
The existing system lacks the inclusion of restriction type descriptions in the Email Restriction Summary/Generate Restriction Summary. The purpose of this enhancement is to incorporate the description within the Restriction Summary, providing users with a more comprehensive understanding of the applied restrictions.

4. Ability to change the "From Email" in Occ.Health
Currently, users are not receiving emails for Clinic Notes and restrictions notifications in the existing system. The purpose of this enhancement is to ensure the successful delivery of notifications for both Clinic Notes and Restrictions, improving overall communication and user engagement.

4.2 Enhanced System
- When we send a notification, our application uses the ProcessMAP SMTP Server (Rackspace) which allows email only from @processmap.com . We have now changed the from email to notification@processmap.com
