The goal of this new feature is to included Surface Sampled Description and Area Description fields under Equipment Details in Sample Equipment.

To do so, select the Industrial Hygiene Package (Dynamic)
Then Planned Sample
Select Program Details, then Sample Equipment
Finally, select Equipment Details from the drop down.

2. Addition of the Task Description field in Sample Detail Screen

The goal is to included Task Description field under Location Information in Sample Information.

To do this, select the Industrial Hygiene Package (Dynamic)
Then choose the Planned Sample
Select Sample Details
Sample Information
Then Location Information

3. Adding the ability to rename Drop down field value of Monitoring Equipment Owned By field

The goal is to rename the value Contractor to Contractor / Consultant / Rental for the Monitoring Equipment Owned By field.

4. Assigning Multiple Plans to a Training Session

The is to allow session to be created with multiple plans.

To do this, select the Industrial Hygiene Package (Dynamic)
Then choose the Session
Select Course Assignment Details
Then Plan Details

Included Plan in the Outcome Details Report in the LMS Reports (Report Central)

5. Renaming Sample ID for Drug test Encounter type screen

The goal is to introduce the new fields, Drug Sample ID, Internal ID and Samples Sequence under Drug Testing Details in Details and Drug Test in Drug Test

To do this, select the Industrial Hygiene Package (Dynamic)
Then choose the Encounter Information
Select Drug Test
Then Drug Testing Details

6. Integrate the Common CAPA (CREATE) screen in app builder and change the saving approach

The goal is to retrieve Action Item information directly from the application table, bypassing the Mongo reference tables. By implementing this modification, we aim to enhance data integrity, eliminating potential data synchronization issues. Previously, we relied on joining action items with app data based on Form ID and Parent Uid at the report level. With this change, there will be no need for additional steps or adjustments at the report end.
