In the latest updates, administrators can now carry over enabled tasks to new locations added to the action item category and driver, ensuring streamlined setup and consistency. Additionally, two new menus directly under Location Setup offer efficient management for Default Action Item Owner and Default Alert and Reminder. A new Contractor Profile Widget has also been introduced for improved contractor management.

1. Tasks can now be carried over to new locations added to the action item category and driver
In the existing system, enabled tasks are not automatically carried over to the new locations added to the action item category or driver. The purpose is to enhance the system to automatically create actions for newly added locations. This improvement aims to eliminate the manual process of adding locations for enabled tasks and ensures the creation of action items for both the current and future dates.

1.2 Enhanced System
- Track the newly added locations for the action item category
- Track the newly added locations for the action item driver
- Job to create action items for the newly added locations of the action item category or driver and its usage in the enabled task
- Action items will be created from the date of location added and future date based on the pattern selected in the task
2. Add a new menu for Default Action Item Owner directly under the Location Setup
In the existing system, users are required to set up the default location action owner under the module default menu. The purpose is to enhance usability and increase awareness of the feature, the menu has been moved directly under the location setup, making it more accessible for users.

3. Add a new menu for Default Alert and Reminder directly under the Location Setup
In the existing system, users are required to set up the default location action owner alerts and reminders under the module default menu. The purpose is to improve feature usability and increase user awareness, the menu has been relocated directly under the location setup, making it more accessible for users.
