In this article, we explore the advancements in the Incident Investigator Report (Phase-2), the auto-population of employees when selecting a department, the option to copy the course catalog during the creation of a new location using the copy functionality, and the enhanced visibility of locations in the Training Progress Summary. 1. Incident Investigator Report (Phase-2)
In response to user feedback, the existing system's Investigator Report has been improved, addressing concerns about details in reports not being descriptive enough for Learning Management related information. The purpose of this enhancement is to improve reports function for better usability.

1.2 Enhanced System
The enhanced system has the following new feature:
- The enhanced reports will now feature additional, easily reviewable, and highly informative details. The report title has been modified to Training Outcome for Employees, and the reporting duration has been extended from 12 months to 36 months.
2. Auto-populate Employees when Department is Selected
In the existing system, a situation arises when a session is created with Assign to Category set as Department, and a department is chosen from the picklist; however, no employees are linked, even if they are associated with the selected department. The purpose is to enable the viewing of auto-populated fields for employees when Assign to Category is specified as the Department.

2.2 Enhanced System
The enhanced system has the following new feature:
- User can see the Employees field auto-populated when the department is selected through picklist.
3. Option to Copy Course Catalog when Creating New Location with Copy Functionality
In the existing system, there is a lack of setup values available in the location setup for the Learning Management System (LMS) when copying a location. The purpose is to enhance the system by enabling the ability to copy LMS Location Setup values along with the duplication of a location.

3.2 Enhanced System
The enhanced system has the following new feature:
- A Course Catalogue field is added to the lookups in the Location Setup while copying a location.
4. Remove New Button in Training Plan Setup at Level
In the existing system, an error occurs when attempting to create a Training Plan at a level, contrary to the intended functionality where training plans should only be created at the location selection. Despite user selection of any level, the system currently takes the user's location only. The purpose is to address this issue by hiding the option to create a Training Plan at a level.

4.2 Enhanced System
The enhanced system has the following new feature:
- The training plan creation is working fine at location level. We have now hidden the New button at level selection.
5. Location Viewable in Training Progress Summary
In the existing system, the absence of a location parameter in the Training Progress Summary leads to a challenge when a course is assigned to multiple locations. This results in duplicate courses displayed in multiple rows at a level, with no means to differentiate between the locations. The purpose is to enhance the system's functionality by enabling the visibility of locations along with course details in the Training Progress Summary.
