1. Enhancements to Administer Medication Encounter Type and Non-Prescribed Medication Digits
In the existing system, there is a limitation where the Administer Medication encounter type and Non-Prescribed Medication fail to capture doses exceeding three digits. The purpose is to enhance the system's functionality, enabling the capture of doses up to four digits for greater precision.

2. Encounter Screen Formatting Improvements
In the existing system, customers encountered an issue with the Occupational Health module when exporting information. The problem was that when screens were exported, formatting from text boxes did not translate correctly to the resulting report or email. The purpose is to enhance the system's functionality, ensuring that export and email formatting for SOAP Notes and Clinic Notes is displayed accurately.

2.2 Enhanced System
The enhanced system has the following new feature:
- The Generate Report and the Email Summary is now changed to be in the same format with the required page break available when the report is downloaded or emailed.
- Before Changes - Line breaks are missing and text is all on one line.
- Post Changes - Text entered with line breaks.
3. Maintaining Original Scheduled Time: Ensuring Consistency for Appointments Charted as Encounters at Later Times
In the existing system, a reported issue occurs when an appointment, originally scheduled for a specific time, gets postponed to a later time due to unforeseen reasons. In this scenario, when the user creates the encounter and saves the details, the system resets the initial scheduled time to the current time. The purpose is to enhance the system's functionality, ensuring that the appointment time remains the same regardless of the encounter time being at a later point.
