Investigation - Leverage investigation workflow configurations

Benefit - While all incidents and near misses should be investigated, the focus and depth of the investigation should be on the most severe or with the potential to be severe. Do not overwhelm staff by requiring the same level of investigation (full investigation) for all.
- Tip - Encourage customers to make investigation steps optional for low risk near misses (i.e., near misses without potential to be severe).

Investigation - Encourage periodic review of configured Contributing Factor and Root Cause look-up values
- Benefit - Conducting periodic reviews of Contributing Factor and Root Cause look-up values is essential for maintaining the effectiveness, relevance, and accuracy of incident investigations.

Risk Point - Ensure Risk Point is enabled, and images are uploaded in location setup for all the locations
- Tip - In case of multiple floors/buildings in a location - Create an image with multiple floor/building plans. Risk point image can then be enlarged when reporting to identify the incident locations accurately.

Benefit - Easily identify clusters of risk within a facility and ensure controls are used

Mobile - Ensure customer is using mobile app for reporting
- Tip - Encourage customers to use a Kiosk for reporting if using individual mobile devices is not possible.

- Tip - Lessons learned reports can also be shared directly from the system using email addresses.
