Closing and re-opening an Incident

Incident admin access is needed.
In this guide, you will learn how to Close and Reopen an incident record in the Incident Management Module.
1. Closing an Incident
- Click Modules and then select Incident Management.
- Click Manage Incident Reports.
- Click the Incident ID of the incident you would like to close.
- Click Open.
- Change to Closed.
Please note: The status can only be changed from open to closed if all the required steps in the workflow are complete.
1. Re-opening an Incident
- Click Modules and then select Incident Management.
- Click Manage Incident Reports.
- Open the incident record.
- Click on Closed button on the incident's summary screen.
- Change to Reopen.
- Select any System View.
