1.1. Add the Audit Scope right after the program field

Previously, Basic Setup lacked a field to define the Audit scope during creation (on both Web and Mobile).

This update adds an “Audit Scope” field in the Basic Details section of Basic and Advanced Setup screens.

It offers Show/Hide and Mandatory/Optional configurations for system admins.

The field is also included in the Audit Report export.
