This article outlines two key feature enhancements designed to improve audit reporting and multilingual accessibility. These updates include AI-assisted audit summary generation and translation support for Response Sets and their associated Responses.

1. AI-assisted audit summary generation

1.1. Existing system

Audit results are often complex and filled with technical terminology, making it difficult for users to interpret outcomes and assess compliance levels. There is currently no automated mechanism to consolidate audit details, scoring, findings, and actions into a structured summary.

1.2. Purpose

• Enable users to generate structured and detailed audit summaries using AI assistance

• Improve comprehension of audit outcomes and compliance status

• Flag missing or unclear data for manual review

1.3. Enhanced system

• An AI Assistance Button has been introduced on the Program Result screen

• Clicking the button triggers AI to generate a comprehensive audit summary

• The summary includes:

  • Summary: Overview of audit purpose, scope, type, location, dates, and participants

  • Compliance status: Compliant/Non-compliant overview

  • Key observations: Top five critical findings from the audit

  • Action plan: CAPA summary with a status-by-priority table

  • Data review needed: Highlights missing or unclear information for follow-up

• The summary is displayed in a popup window with a global copy option

• Output is generated in the user's logged-in language

• Note: The Action Item count in the audit summary may differ from the count shown in the Results screen, as the summary includes ad-hoc action items

2. Translation support for Response Sets and Responses

2.1. Existing system

The current system does not support multilingual translation for Response Sets or their associated Responses. This limits usability for non-English-speaking users and affects accessibility and global adoption.

2.2. Purpose

• Introduce translation capabilities for Response Sets and their Responses

• Allow users to view responses in their preferred language

2.3. Enhanced system

• Users can translate Response Sets and Responses via the Dynamic Translation screen

• Translated content is displayed in the user's logged-in language

• Custom responses added or renamed from the Question > Response tab will not be translated
