The FRAME encounter type was not previously available in the system’s Encounters List, limiting healthcare providers’ ability to select and use it for relevant appointments.

To enable healthcare providers to easily select and use the FRAME encounter type for scheduling and managing appointments that support employee wellbeing and safety.
